Great enhancements. Would like to be able to see Membership and Gift Vehicle in NXT lists.

  • I did not see the option to drop a membership in webview. Is that available?

The link here is broken: "With clear metrics on donor behavior, conversion, and revenue-impacting features, "

I don't have access yet to online constituent forms, but reading through the documentation, it looks like Constituent Code might be required. Can anyone verify this? If it is, I see an Idea Bank post coming. But this is exciting since I know users have been asking this functionality for probably around 10 years.

Great questions from Carlene about the constituent forms, and I'll add some of my own thoughts.

    • Online Giving is an odd place to configure and access the form information. I can imagine many unguided users being completely unaware that it now exists.
    • I also wonder about the security roles. Not everyone who could potentially review submitted constituent data should also have access to the gift data. I did not see any specific settings.
    • When new functionality like this is rolled out, the necessary security roles need to be explained too. Security role information is sometimes mentioned, but when it is not mentioned, it is hard to know if it was left out because it is irrelevant or if it was forgotten.

Similar to @Carlene Johnson and @Karen Diener I am SUPER excited to have the constituent forms…but a couple of things:

    1. I changed the donor facing language around the consent options, but when I did the test registration it just shows the raw values from RE which I think would be confusing to those submitting the form.
    2. Why is the selection of a constituent code required? I can see from an acquisition perspective that you would want to add one, but if I am just looking for already existing constituents to update their preferences I don't need a code added.
