Non-constituent event host
Allow a non-constituent/spouse to be a host for an event without making them into a constituent. Currently, Online data review has an option to include relationship records only for guests but not hosts. This forces the user to make the "host" to become a constituent, even though they are non-constituents and are related to a constituent record. Then when merging the "new constituent" with the already existing constituent, it deletes them from the event entirely.

This is a general restriction within WV rather than a Online Data Review issue - "Hosts" are required to be a full constituent in WV event management.
