Merging Membership Data from Another Software into eTap

Hi All,

My org is a community centre, and we keep track of fitness and commnuity memberships in a separate database than our eTapestry account, which we use for donations. We want to start importing the membership data into eTap. I have already figured out how to add the membership UDF's into eTap and changed the types and levels to what we need, but does anyone have any suggestions for best practices to do a once-a-month data dump from our membership software (Amilia, which is open API) into eTap that isn't overly manual?
