text to give option for donors

Most of the discussions I have found are at least 2 years old, so I am hoping there are some more recent experiences. We are looking for a good text to give solution: easy for donors, gives us the information we need for stewardship AND integrates with Raisers Edge. Any recommendations?

    Join the club. We have asked for that for quite a while now. It seems BB doesn't feel the need for text to give. They just want you to use the MobileMission app.

    @Cory Anshus I'm looking for something similar. I really wish BB would get onto incorporating the capability into NXT or at least make it easy to connect a text 2 give to RE.

    @Cory Anshus Our organization would also like this feature. We recently used Textedly, an outside text messaging service that unfortunately, did not integrate with RE. It was only a trial stage for us, but I'm excited to continue implementing this feature in future campaigns and think it would be useful to have an integrated service with RE

    @Christie Michals Happy to look at adding support via our SmartSYNC platform. We integrate loads of apps with NXT via that and it is similar I suspect to the various email, gift etc. platforms already integrated. Just email support at smartthing.org if interested.

    @Cory Anshus Our organization uses Text to Give with iDonate but are wanting to move to BB. Is there any chance this is on the list to include in the RE NXT software update?

    @Cory Anshus My organizaiton is using Text to Give through ACS still as the option isnt availale in BB.

    @Cory Anshus My organization is also researching text to give or text to donate options, so I am curious about this as well.

    For those of you who already have a platform/solution that you are using, what is your ROI? Do you have trouble getting donors to opt-in or receive a lot of opt-outs? Is it worth it?

    @Cory Anshus My organization uses the GiveSmart platform. A connection in database view makes it simple to bring in donations. Our return rate varies depending on the call to action. Our most recent call to action resulted in a 80% response rate. Which is really good based on industry standards.
