The Professional Center for Child Developmennt is currently seeking a talented, creative, and energetic Director of Development & Marketing to join our team of highly skilled, smart, caring, and dedicated professionals. Our team works daily to help children achieve their full potential by doing meaningful and rewarding work in our community and giving 110%. Our workplace is supportive, creative, and collaborative. We spend our days seeing the possibilities in children of all abilities, in families of all finds, and in each other.

The Director of Development & Marketing will lead, develop, manage, and grow an innovative and strategic and comprehensive fund development program by increasing all types of gift revenue from individuals, foundations, and corporations. This position will serve as the spokesperson, communicator, and storyteller to promote PCCD’s mission in target MA cities and towns and manage the development of all printed materials for external constituents.


This is an RENXT shop with small staff and strong executive leadership. A great opportunity for a leader with creative skills and a can do attitude!
