User account for an Organzation?
Hi all, simple question (Couldn't find anything in the manual)
Can an organisation be added as a User Account in BBIS, so that, for instance, the org could view their donation history etc just like an individual?

Hi Liz,
Yes. Any BBCRM can be linked to a BBIS user, including organizations, groups, etc. There will just be one login for the entire organization, though.
There are some instructions here - they are old, but I think they are still valid.
At the risk of self-promotion, I have a CRM customization called 'bbis power tools' that lets you do this in a single step from within BBCRM.
