Has anyone set up the payment optimization workflow that I believe was released as part of SP 25 to help with orphaned transactions on the ADF? The optimized workflow is intended to help with reducing the number of orphan transactions (where the transactions get charged but dont make its way into the database).

Has it helped post the optimized workflow? Any info on this would be really helpful.

We are finally looking into it as we thought it was quite an effort to put this in and don't think the Blackbaud resources on it were that helpful (usually the case with ADF) as we started trying to figure out how to incorporate it.

    @Shweta Jayaram I believe this is more of a change to the core process than it is someone the user needs to implement. We used to experience quite a few orphaned transactions before and have seen very few since we passed SP25.
