Does anyone use Blackbaud with HubSpot as their CRM? If so, what solution do you use to integrate Blackbaud EM with HubSpot?

    @Holly Tawil, our school is embarking on a similar journey to use HubSpot for all the marketing work while using Blackbaud Enrollment Management for the record and admissions management. Did you ever come up with an integration?

    @Geoffrey Goodfellow Unfortunately no. Rather, we are manually importing information from Blackbaud Enrollment Management into HubSpot on a regular basis using the import feature in Contacts with Hubspot. I asked a similar question in HubSpot's forum a while back and you can see one solution there.

    @Holly Tawil Thanks for the update. The HubSpot sales person said that they have a Blackbaud integration, but I have no idea if it is related to the third-party tool you referenced or if he is just totally mistaken. I tried to find a few things online, and it seems like any potential integration of HubSpot is with Raiser's Edge NXT and not Enrollment Management, so perhaps he might be confused by that. Without a true integration, I suspect that we will likely resort to doing export/imports as you are referencing. Any tips about that process?
