Blackbaud CRM & BBIS SP22 Is Now Available!

Published
We are pleased to announce that the last release for 2019 of Blackbaud CRM & BBIS is now available.  Service Pack 22 for version 4.0 released, and is available on the Blackbaud downloads page.

In addition to the quality improvements, here’s a summary of the Enhancements and highlights included in this Service Pack:

  • Blackbaud Checkout Enhancements - In Blackbaud Internet Solutions,  the eCard part and the Direct to Payment section of Donation and Event (Classic) forms now include an option for Checkout.
  • Improved usability for online transactions: To provide a better user experience when making on online transaction a processing indicator will display to illustrate to the user that the system is still completing the transaction and an alert  is displayed to the user should they attempt to close the browser before the confirmation screen has been shown.
  • Increased limit of cumulative number of registrations across all included events - Previously, the Events 2.0 part for Blackbaud Internet Solutions limited maximum total registrants. This maximum was cumulative for multi-level events; registrants at sub events were counted towards the maximum. Now, the maximum number of total registrants is no longer cumulative for multi-level events and the maximum applies to each sub event separately.
  • BBCRM and Award Management Integration – Users can now integrate accepted student grant from Award Management for existing constituents in CRM.
  • BBCRM Batch Enhancement – Users can now export and review all the data from the batch, including exceptions that need to be addressed before the batch can be saved.
  • BBCRM and Luminate Online Integration Enhancements - Users now have the ability to restrict the records that are added to BBCRM using the Luminate partitioning.

Adobe Flash: Notice of Deprecation - As of Service Pack 22, Blackbaud Internet Solutions has deprecated the Flash Player part, and removed it from the list of available part types. No new instances of this part type can be created. Existing pages which use the Flash Player part will show a yellow banner indicating that the part has been deprecated.
