    Sarah Jane Keefer‍, glad to hear you're looking into some technical training! We do have a two-day set of courses with our Software Developer Kit that focuses specifically on Batch. While our technical training centers around BBCRM, rather than BBIS, I will have someone reach out to you to go through all our technical training options as well as answer any questions you may have about some BBIS training, should your web team need a refresher.
