What's New In Raiser's Edge NXT The Week Of July 23
This week, Raiser's Edge NXT introduces the ability to view the full images for constituent profile pictures. For those with Events, it also includes the option to export and manage a participant list.
Export and manage a participant list (for those with Events). To manage or print a participant list, you can now export and download it to a spreadsheet application — such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets — as a comma-separated values (CSV) file. For example, print the list to take attendance when there's limited internet service, such as on a golf course. From an event record, select Work with participants under Participants, and then Export. When the export completes, select Download file. For more information, see Participants.
From a participant list, you can also use new options to choose which participants and information to view. To only view participants based on whether they’re constituents or have primary email addresses that aren’t marked Do not email, select Filters and apply Constituent status or Email status to the list. For more information, see Participant Filters.
When you view the list, you can include the new Constituent ID column to help you identify which participants are constituents. You can also view whether an email or phone number is primary or marked Do not contact.
Tip: Don't see Events? No need to worry. If all goes well based on feedback and usage, expect its wider release in a future update.
