We are excited to announce our newest campaign, Boost your Badges! We’ve updated the criteria for two of our most important badges, Facilitator (answering a question) and Inquirer (asking a question), to make it easier to level up. (We’re looking at you, all those who have been eying those level five badges!)

Additionally, starting today through August 15th, you’ll earn triple points for answering and asking questions! Every reply will get you 300 points, and every question, 600 points. Here’s your chance to earn some bonus points and up your Community ranking, while also working toward that next level on the Facilitator and Inquirer badges – all while gaining and sharing insights along the way!

Here is your first look at the new leveling up system for Facilitator & Inquirer:

OUT FOR REPAIR: AMPLIFIER BADGE

A quick note to let you know that the Amplifier badge is currently not working correctly in Community. Our platform vendor is aware and working to fix the issue. In the meantime, you will not be getting credit for social shares. We’ve kept a record of your levels for this badge, and once it’s fixed you’ll be able to continue leveling up again.
