New Application Limits for Developer Accounts

New limits are now enforced for the number of applications each developer account can create, as well as the number of environments to which each application can connect.

We will not disconnect any existing connections or remove any applications exceeding the limit. However, you will not be able to create new applications or connect to additional environments until you are within the limit.
