DIY forms and web accessibility

Hi all, 


Is it possible to create DIY forms that are web accessible? Running one of my simpler forms through the WAVE tool produces numerous errors (mostly missing form labels), alerts (mostly skipped heading levels) and structural elements (heading levels). I can't find anything in the eTap documentation on making these forms accessible, and there are few variables to play with in the form builder.
