Limiting Parental Access to Edit Child's Profile (Contact Card)

Hello,


I have a parent that we have been ordered to limit access to editing information in their child's contact card (change address, phone number, etc.). We do not want them to edit information, however, the parent still needs access to view the child's report card. Does any have a way that they were able to accomplish this? I appreciate any feedback you can give.

Hi Irvin,


I'm not sure of how to do this for a specific individual but you could modify globally within Security > Profile Access. We have ours set up globally so parents cannot edit information. We have found it keeps our data cleaner this way.
