New Constituents in Just Giving

Is anyone else experiencing difficulty with Just Giving creating new constituent records for current constituents?  I did not think we would have as many duplicate records being produced as we do.  I would say 3 out of 4 times the system is creating a new donor for a current constituent.  I feel like the duplicate record search in the database is much more sensitive than what is coming out of Just Giving. Today a new record was created for a donor: same first name, same last name, same email, but the original record had a middle initial. (Also, same address, but I know the Just Giving application is not matching on address.) It creates lots of clean up work after approving the batch.  


I would love suggestions of how others might be handling this issue.  Perhaps I am overlooking a quick fix or I need to adjust a setting?

There is also a direct integration between RE and JustGiving using Importacular. You can set what constitutes a match using the Criteria Sets, so that would help with the duplicates for sure!  The free version includes Constituents and Gifts, but other areas can be added as needed for a modest rate.
