Tracking Upgrades
Hi,
We have an ongoing of upgrade campaigns. Can I ask what's the best practice for tracking upgraded amount so that you will be able to report on them? And what is also the best way to track a regular gift that have been upgraded multiple times? We have Telemarketing team and these kpi and reported income is very important. If anyone can share their practice, it would be greatly appreciated!
