YE Receipting Donors through JG

I have a question about how you all who had donations come in, in 2019 through JustGiving- did you receipt your donors for those gifts too with their year end receipts?


JG support told me that they just send the one receipt immediately after they give the gift. We are just curious how to do this procedure as we begin using this!

We just started using JG P2P, and we will be sending donor receipts in addition to the receipts they receive from JG. We will also be including the gifts to the 2020 year end letter we send to donors in January 2021.
