Billed vs. Paid Report Student ID#'s

I need help from the community to get an addition added to a BTM/Smart Tuition report. The report is the Billed vs. Paid, and currently, you can download the report and get parent ID's, names, student names, grade even the Type Codes but the report is missing the student ID#'s. If this report has the student ID #'s then it can be used to create other billing uploads. The problem I ran into was during the COVID-19 situation where we had to issue a credit to the students for their dining fees. Since the billing cycle runs March-February the school year has overlap and we had to pull the data from the previous billing cycle for the students that were billed to see who should receive the credit. All of this to say, the names are not carried over from one year to the next during the contract process so the VLookup does not work for all records and it is very time-consuming to locate each student ID manually. This would also assist in future situations where building a billing list can be done using this report instead of building a report manually where errors can occur. The beauty of using this report is that I can see who has been billed for certain items and go from there, I use the BvP report for so many things and love it if only it had the student ID's.
