What is that one task you have to do that when it pops up on your to-do list, you can just feel your soul leaving your body at the prospect of doing it? And what do you do to get through it??


For me, it's a work-related task - dealing with Direct Debits. Setting them up, cancelling them, collecting the funds - there's just so many steps (especially now we're working from home and have to approach certain procedures in a different way)! Normally, in the office, there's the prospect of a brief nerdy chat about Star Trek or what food we ate at the weekend when I hand over the paperwork for everything to be sent on our BACS system but from home...
