Principle Function: Under the direction of the Vice President for Mission Advancement, the Gift Processor/Donor Records Specialist works as a member of the Children At Heart Ministries (CAHM) Mission Advancement team. This position is primarily responsible to process and accurately receipt the charitable gifts received daily by the Children At Heart family of ministries, update donor records in the database of record (Raiser's Edge), and to generate appropriate donor acknowledgments. This position makes independent decisions involving proper entry of donations in accordance with IRS Regulations. The candidate must be a positive Christian role model, adhere to our Core Values, and have a passion for the advancement of the mission of Children At Heart Ministries.
