The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society is seeking a Development Services Officer to begin as soon as possible.

Position Description

The Development Services Officer provides leadership to PHS’s Development Services team and collaborates with staff from across the organization to develop strategies for servicing PHS constituents and managing data throughout the PHS universe.  This position serves as primary decision-maker of where and how constituent data is recorded at PHS and is responsible for all database administration including data entry standards, data integrity, coding structures and implementation.  In addition, the Officer contributes to positive constituent relations through professional, friendly and responsive telephone, web and face-to-face interactions with all PHS constituents.
