    It is. The documentation section has instructions on how to sign up and how to set up the API configuration inside of CRM. (Administration -> API Configuration) It does not have the full functionality as the web service but does have a lot of useful endpoints.

    Are these REST APIs available for Blackbaud Hosted clients?

    I believe so, looking in our hosted environments there is the task to enter the API configuration info in the Admin FA. The REST API wraps the web service from your environment to make the calls so that should be available in any environment.
