Job Description: UCF Advancement Information Technology Services is looking to fill the role of Training Specialist II. This ITS position serves as the integral resident expert of the Blackbaud CRM application (BBCRM) and primary point of contact for functional questions and training of the system and other Advancement applications.

The Training Specialist II position serves as the integral resident expert of the Blackbaud CRM application (BBCRM) and primary point of contact for functional questions and training of the system and other Advancement applications such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, Tableau, Financial Edge NXT, among others under the general supervision of the Sr. Application Specialist. This pivotal role also leads to overall change management with users as new tools and reports are identified, managed, and delivered by the ITS team.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.

Preferences:

• Well-organized, thorough and accurate in planning, preparation, and processing of work-related materials and activities.

• Ability to meet deadlines as established. Experience or familiarity with Blackbaud CRM application (BBCRM) products is preferred.

• Proficiency in working independently with limited supervision.

• Able to attend and conduct meetings on and off-campus and make presentations before large and small groups
