Franklin Road Academy is hiring an advancement services manager located in Nashville, TN. The advancement services manager is responsible for processing gifts, updating constituent records, preparing acknowledgment letters, generating mailing lists, recording pledges, conducting donor research, and maintaining donor reports through Raiser’s Edge, the development module of Blackbaud. Under the supervision of the assistant head for external affairs, the advancement services manager is a 12-month, full-time position and member of the advancement team, which is responsible for all fundraising initiatives, alumni and donor relations, and community events at the School.

The advancement services manager will provide general administrative support to the assistant head for external affairs, as appropriate. This position handles sensitive information, interacts regularly with donors and potential donors, and must maintain the highest level of discretion. The advancement services manager responds to in-person, phone, and email inquiries related to charitable giving, fundraising, and volunteer opportunities for the School. This individual must have a keen appreciation for relationship management and be able to provide support for the broader fundraising initiatives of Franklin Road Academy.
