As a people-focused leader, the Membership Manager implements a 10,000+-member household program with annual revenues of $1M+ through solicitations via email, direct mail, and personal interactions.

This position leads a team of part time Member Services Associates, provides exceptional member service, writes dynamic copy for direct mail & e-mail, organizes and presents special members-only programs and supports the philanthropic goals of the Gardens as a member of the Department of Philanthropy & Membership.

Strong written and oral communication skills, a drive for performance and results, and approachability are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be emotionally intelligent and bring a passion for the mission of Bok Tower Gardens, a deep appreciation of the natural world, and a sense of humor.

Salary range $45,000-$55,000
