THE OPPORTUNITY: *
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative and data teams to identify and align on goals
- Identify marketing opportunities to grow the brand and accomplish business objectives
- Own the consumer journey and their life cycle to increase acquisition, conversion and retention through our omni-channel fundraising experiences.
- Lead all aspects of our email marketing programs: strategy, overseeing setup, optimizations, measurement and analysis
- Work with the Analytics team to set up measurable tests and incorporate learnings into future communications
- Use audience segmentation and triggers to develop the most timely and relevant content.
- Consult with the data team(s) to align on strategic insights that can be used to drive new customer opportunities and acquisition.
- Write campaign and project briefs, including messaging direction.
- Lead campaign kick-off meetings with the Creative team and other marketing teams/communication channels to ensure integration of all campaign elements
- Evaluate creative against the campaign brief

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: *
- 5+ years experience in a CRM, email marketing, and retention role for a B2C brand.
- 5+ years experience working on engagement and monetization including lead capture and conversion, loyalty, win back and referral
- Hands on experience working with CRM Platforms and analytic tools (GA, Blackbaud, Salesforce, Tableau, Klayvio, Sailthru etc)
- Experience working for a non-profit is a strong plus
- Analytical, extremely detail-oriented, highly organized and efficient, a curious self-starter, with the ability to see the big picture and be able/willing to execute rapidly and with a sense of urgency
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Ability to manage group workflow
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Possess a strong understanding of consumer mindset, consumer empathy and dedication to great consumer experiences and regularly use data to validate that understanding
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action
