hi there - how do people go about giving enhancement requests for justgiving? we used another peer to peer platform that was free that had the leaderboards, easy comments for encouragement etc. i know that there are API opportunities (we have a small staff with limited technical knowledge) so wondering if there possibilities for default capabilities from justgiving.

    Hi Kelly. At the top navigation of the community, you can click the IDEAS tab and submit requests. We review that regularly and use your examples to build out features, so the more detail the better! As far as leaderboards go, we do offer them through our APIs and if your staff is not equipped for building custom pages, you can ask your Account Executive for more information about the services packages available for JustGiving where we build it for you- just costs an additional amount.
