Etap & JustGiving - Help/Suggestions Needed!
We use etapestry and recently added on JustGiving for a walk we are doing in May. Because there is a registration fee for the event we used an Etap DIY Registration page and then direct folks to set up a JustGiving personal or team fundraising page. However, if a participant shares their JustGiving fundraising page via social media and says “Join My Team” it only connects them to JustGiving and not our DIY Registration page. Therefore, they set up a Fundraising Page thinking they are registering for the event - but in fact, they haven't because they didn't register via the DIY page. Has anyone else run into this? I would welcome any suggestions or input! Thanks ?
