Tuition fees and discounts allocation

Our school offers a 2 month payment plan that requires families to pay 60% in July and 40% in December. Tuition Management is not capable of allocating tuition fees or financial aid discounts in any other % allocation other than an even allocation per month. Many families at our school choose this payment plan option, therefore, a manual adjustment is needed for every student. I am aware that this can be sent to ST for them to enter, but since we have different deposits to be reduced against the tuition fees, a manual calculation has to be done. So we may as well enter it in the “edit fees/discounts”. There would not be any time saved since we would have to check their work as well.

It would be very helpful if Tuition Management was capable of allocating tuition fees and discounts in another percentage other than what it can presently do.

Hi Teresa, I couldn't agree with you more. An idea exists about this that's marked as Under Consideration. Let's vote it up and maybe we can get this implemented.
