The Data Coordinator for Advancement is an integral role on the Advancement Team, responsible for producing high-quality, detailed work while providing expertise to enhance efficiencies. This individual must have a collaborative approach and a willingness to be flexible while providing precise, consistent work output in a timely manner. This individual will provide excellent customer service to help move relationships forward with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience working with relational databases, preference is given to Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge and NXT.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Must be highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to analyze complex data.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Possess demonstrated understanding of the Catholic Church culture.
• Positive personality with the ability to work with diverse groups of people in an atmosphere of collaboration and service.
• Employment is contingent on the applicant passing a full background check.
• Upon employment, the individual will be subject to a 90-day probationary period.
