Development Database Manager-The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society
The Development Database Manager manages Development’s database of record, Raisers Edge and RE NXT, and collaborates with staff from across the organization to develop strategies for servicing PHS constituents and managing data throughout the PHS universe. This position serves as the primary decision-maker of where and how constituent data is recorded in Development’s database and is responsible for all database administration including data entry standards, data integrity, coding structures, and implementation. The Development Database Manager manages one direct report.
