Tuition split other than even

Hi,

I was wondering if there were any plans to allow payment plans to be based on other than even percentages. Our 2 pay is 65%/35%.

Also, where would I put enhancement requests. The knowledgebase led me here but I'm not sure where exactly I should put those requests. That would be one but I also have another.
