Applewild School is seeking a part‐time Raiser’s Edge Database Manager. Reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Raiser’s Edge Database Manager oversees the daily, and long‐term operations in all aspects of the Raiser’s Edge database (and RE NXT) and assures its quality, consistency, and accuracy. The position is responsible for the entry and processing of all contributions to the School from receipt through acknowledgement, for maintaining and improving the overall integrity of the Raiser’s Edge database, for managing reporting to the Board of Trustees, and for reconciliation both within the Advancement Office and with the Finance Office, for providing necessary reports and lists for e‐mail and direct-mail communications, and for ensuring best practices on data collection, retention and management. While this is an in-person position, remote applicants will also be considered. In addition, full-time employment is possible for candidates with a desire to serve in an additional, part-time marketing & communications capacity.
