We are looking for an Assistant Director, Development Strategy & Analytics to join our amazing Advancement team and progressive K-12 school in Santa Monica, CA.

The Assistant Director, Development Strategy & Analytics is charged with designing and executing a strategic marketing program to garner robust donor support for the Crossroads Fund. This includes the execution and analysis of a solicitation and communication plan for all mass marketing channels (direct mail, emails, social media, web-giving, and crowdfunding) as well as establishing best practices to maximize donor acquisition/renewal and dollars raised. The Assistant Director will also work in close partnership with the Data Services team to further develop our ability to strategically use data to drive the work of the Development team. They will collaborate closely with colleagues from across Advancement, as well as volunteer leadership, to provide a sophisticated donor experience while embracing Crossroads’ mission and core values in all facets of their work.
