Part-Time Raiser's Edge Subject Matter Experts

Reporting Xpress is a Blackbaud Technology Partner with a SAAS based automated custom reporting and secure report distribution platform. We are SKY API integrated with Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge. We are looking for part-time Raiser's Edge subject matter experts to provide support to account execs on presales and project managers on customer implementation calls.

The position is virtual. Most calls are 30-60 minutes and are scheduled in advance. Some are recurring 30-minute calls. Post call follow up usually involves mapping out for our software developers where customer data is in Raiser's Edge, how the customer would like their report organized, data sliced and diced, subtotaled, etc. Those write-ups can be done at any time with requested turnarounds of 1-3 days in most cases.

It is a fun relatively flexible position and we have a great team for you to work with.
