@Crystal Bruce I have been mentioning it at staff meetings. I think its great we have this virtual opportunity (and it's free!!!). I have talked to my colleagues about how having product knowledge can help with your job. There are still so many things that we are not utilizing in the system. I am always trying to get more people to join the community so that they can have this instant network outside of chat and knowledgebase that are happy to help and talk through questions.
