Advancement Services Coordinator

The Advancement Services Coordinator provides excellent cross-functional support for the entire Advancement Services department. Assists the Director and Assistant Director with all aspects of constituent data management including recording and maintaining alumni and donor information, gift and pledge processing, event registration processing, and customer service operations performed by the department using Raiser’s Edge Database View and RE:NXT.

  • Tracking and maintaining alumni and donor information, gift and pledge processing, event registration processing
  • Running data maintenance reports, interpreting data errors, and performing clean-up
  • Reviewing recurring gift profiles to ensure drafts are occurring on a timely basis, troubleshoot as needed
  • Prepping and entering gifts and pledges for data entry. Reconciling gift batches to bank deposits.
  • Fulfilling requests for reports and lists at the direction of the Director of Advancement Services.
  • Executing data maintenance processes including but not limited to data imports, managing duplicates, and data health updates at the direction of the Director of Advancement Services.
