Saint Louis Priory School seeks a full time Assistant to the Advancement Department to begin work this fall/winter. Founded in 1956 by the Benedictine monks of Saint Louis Abbey, Priory is an independent Catholic school for young men in grades 7 through 12. We provide a college preparatory and liberal arts education of the highest excellence using our unique Benedictine approach designed to develop young men in mind, body and spirit through a rigorous balance of disciplines that challenge the whole person while cultivating a lifelong sense of community. All candidates should demonstrate a desire to be involved in the entire community and must support the Catholic mission of our school.

The Assistant to the Advancement Department works to advance the school’s mission and achieve educational and operational goals, while performing a wide variety of administrative and operational tasks in order to maintain an effective and well-organized office. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of efficiency and organization; confidentiality; the capability to maintain professional boundaries; and a strong drive to serve the Priory community while supporting our mission. Due to the school's event schedule, this position does require evening and weekend work.
