Jesuit High School (JHS), located in Sacramento, CA is currently accepting applications for a Full/Time Raisers Edge Donor Database Coordinator/Administrative Assistant.

Jesuit High School is a Sacramento regional Catholic high school that provides young men with a life-building experience. Founded in 1963, the school delivers an academically rigorous college preparatory education to graduates prepared for lives of leadership and service.

We are currently seeking a Donor Database Coordinator/Administrative Assistant with strong and proven analytical skills in data entry coordination, reporting and facilitation of fundraising in a non-profit environment. This job requires a demonstrated ability to provide administrative support and exceptional customer service with a proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.

Must be willing to follow all state and federal guidelines in a potential COVID-19 environment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Donor Database Coordinator:

  • Performing accurate, timely, and comprehensive data and gift entry for all donations including, but not limited to, adding new constituents in the database, processing gift deposits, entering in-kind and credit card donation, tracking direct mail donors and online donations.
  • Serves as database liaison with Raiser’s Edge to ensure an understanding of any system changes and potential impact. Identifies and resolves data inconsistencies and performs routine maintenance.
  • Works closely with Raiser’s Edge to develop requested reports
  • Serving as the subject matter expert in donor data entry and gift processing and ensures we stay in compliance with our business rules and meet all deadlines.
  • Provides monthly and weekly Results Tracking reports, and as requested for specific fundraising campaigns.
  • Works closely with the Jesuit Fund Director on annual pledge reconciliation.

Administrative Assistant:

  • Oversees various mailing projects using Raiser’s Edge database queries and mail merge features.
  • Attends and works events and assists where needed. Many of the events are outside normal working hours.
  • Establishes and maintains physical files according to IRS and PCI compliance.
  • Coordinates with Business Office to provide requested documentation for annual audit.

Qualifications:

  • High level of proficiency in Blackbaud – Raiser’s Edge software
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in donor and/or customer service environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of experience and education
