Good afternoon. Does anyone have any experience setting up the apply-to applications? When we first implemented BAM, we set all of our scholarships to auto-match. Now, we are wanting to set up an apply-to application. Did you use a Blackbaud consultant to assist you or another consultant? I appreciate any help that you can provide. Thanks!

    @Kristy Fix We set them up ourselves. Instead of selecting auto-match on the details tab of the opportunity, select ‘apply-to.’ Then on the questions tab of the opportunity, enter the question(s) you'd like applicants to answer when applying for that specific scholarship. On the portfolio for the apply-to opportunity, there is a ‘Qualified to Apply’ option to check off if you only want applicants who meet the basic qualifications to be able to apply. If you do not check that off, an applicant who does not meet the qualifications can technically apply, even if the apply-to opportunity is not recommended to them.
