Compensation Range: $26.67-$42.69/hour

About the Position

The Development Associate – Office Specialist is an integral member of the Development Services team and assists with data integrity projects that inform and support the work of the fundraising team. The Associate is responsible for regularly updating and maintaining biographical data points to create accurate and detailed reports and outputs from Raiser's Edge. The Associate provides general office assistance, interacts directly with major donors, and coordinates donor benefit fulfillment. This position reports to the Senior Director of Development Services and Strategic Planning.

Responsibilities

Development Services (40%)

• Processes biographical donor record updates in Raiser's Edge.
• Maintains lists and rosters in the database
• Runs giving reports for various departments
• Produces daily admit report via Blackbaud’s Grateful Patient Solution/Wealth Point
• Provides assistance with data clean up tasks
• Provides back-up gift entry assistance at year-end

Donor Engagement/Annual Giving (30%)

• Fulfills donor stewardship requests
• Merges and sends acknowledgment letters
• Conducts regular annual fund thank you calls

Office Administration (30%)

• Primary point person for receiving and directing visitors and answering the main phone line
• Successfully troubleshoots donor inquires and concerns
• Retrieves and distributes the mail
• Provides administrative support
