Grassroots International is hiring for a Development & Data Systems Manager.

Knowledge of industry best practices with Raiser's Edge will be key, as well as knowledge of Salsa Engage. I believe they are using Importomatic as well. You will need to be organized and help keep this small team organized, which will have an enormous impact on their work. They are creative and great with building donor relationships, but could use help understanding how RE can support their strategies.

Their office is located in Boston and while a hybrid schedule is possible, the position would not be fully remote. By “hybrid” I do think they mean 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days from home.
