Edit Email List?

Hi!

Is there a way to edit the email list for Announcements under Communications? The organization I work for uses Announcements to send out a weekly email newsletter. Lately, we've had some subscribers reach out to let us know that they haven't been receiving our emails in their primary inboxes or their spam folders.

I've tried re-adding their names and emails through the email subscription form, but this doesn't seem to work either.

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated, thank you!

  • @Mary Nagakawa Hi Mary, I had problems with this sending to gmail accounts mostly. I needed to have our IT add an SPF record to verify the mail servers that are authorized to send email on behalf of a domain. Here is the link to send to your IT dept in case this is your problem too.

    Once that was added, I have not had any issues sending email to the various domains through etapestry Communications. You can chat with etapestry regarding this if needed, but I basically sent the link above from Blackbaud Email Resource Center and they knew what to do.
