Help! JustGiving Gifts Missing Constituent Name in Batch

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me. I have a number of JustGiving Batches in Raiser's Edge NXT to approve. The problem is these gifts are missing constituent names and there is a red triangle with an exclamation mark in the Status column. What's going on with them? If I approve the batches where do the gifts go? Also what does the red triangle mean? I've searched and searched for info but can't find anything.
