Special Events Coordinator

Lambs Farm is hiring a special events coordinator. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, experienced person with a passion for events, an eye for detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will be creative, resourceful, and a good negotiator.
Lambs Farm provides residential, employment, recreational, and health and wellness services to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Our 72-acre campus is the perfect setting for the special events we hold throughout the year designed to bring people to Lambs Farm to experience our mission in action. From our car show and bunny brunch to the family day 5K run and fall on the farm to goat yoga and breakfast
with Santa, the community turns out for our many marketing events. The special events coordinator is a vital part of our marketing and communications, and fundraising team and works across departments to create new events and grow existing ones. In addition to developing and executing a special events strategy, this position handles public and corporate client use of Lambs Farm facilities for private events.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and communication skills are required including a working knowledge of office tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Applications. A business-related college degree is preferred. Graphic arts ability is a plus.
