Full Time Donor Database Specialist in San Diego

Rady Children’s Hospital Foundation seeks a highly-motivated, detailed-oriented team player to support our efforts with our fundraising databases. The Data Analytics Specialist position will report directly to the Director of Research and Data Analytics and join our established Data Analytics team. The ideal candidate will want to thrive in a fundraising setting; be an excellent ambassador and representative for Rady Children’s and the Foundation; work efficiently under pressure and be able to meet deadlines; demonstrate good decision-making; and be proactive and solutions-focused.

This position is key to the Development team and will require a high degree of knowledge for all functions in fundraising to support our Major Giving, Annual Giving, Planned Giving, Grants, Corporate Giving, Marketing, Events, and Stewardship teams. This position will require cleanup of our fundraising databases, proposal tracking, moves management, pulling lists, queries and reports, training of staff, and writing instructions; and plan and execute other projects as assigned within the scope of responsibility.
