Can anyone share an email template for references that provides instructions for both SSO (single-sign on) references and non-SSO references?

@Becky Brockel … Does anyone else have MAJOR issues with faculty/staff not being able to navigate this process? Are their schools that load the information of all faculty/staff into BBAM, so that they can use SSO?

@Gail Sherron We had a major issue this cycle. For next cycle, we will be implementing Remote Access API and changing our email message to references, providing separate links for college staff references and external references. We plan on using the link associated with the page for SSO, right click on the “Sign In” on the Applicants & Administrators tab. to get the link. Of course, we will be testing prior to the next cycle. Fingers crossed.
