Girl Scouts of Central Texas is currently hiring a part-time Donor Database Specialist. This position’s primary responsibility is to effectively maintain donor, volunteer, staff, and Board of Directors information in Raiser’s Edge and to prepare reports and communications. The Donor Database Specialist will organize and manage the donor information system to broaden and deepen support from individuals, corporate partners, and national and community partnerships. Support the ability to identify and pursue substantial annual and capacity-building revenue goals through partnerships, sponsorships, and other engagement opportunities. Support the fundraising plan and work collaboratively with other staff members by reporting and analyzing data, gift processing and acknowledgments, managing data import and entry, data extraction, data quality initiatives, and other related activities. This position fuels the organization’s capacity to ignite a new spirit of building girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.

Required Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience with Raisers Edge
• Experience and working knowledge of the Salesforce database
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience with reporting and data analytics
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of donor information
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, maintain data accuracy, work with minimal supervision, and take initiative in making decisions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a related field or the equivalent of three to five years of related work experience
