Donor Services Assistant Temp

  • Responsible for processing pledges and revenue (checks, lockboxes, wires, direct mail and credit cards) received at National Headquarters using AJC’s donor database Raiser’s Edge.
  • Maintain constituent records in Raiser’s Edge by creating new accounts and updating existing ones.
  • Import reports from Classy and Salesforce to Raiser’s Edge via ImportOmatic
  • Import entries into NetSuite General Ledger Accounting System.
  • Adjust gifts in Raiser’s Edge as needed.
  • Work with Development staff in communicating with Donor’s re questions about records and specific donations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Raiser’s Edge experience a must including use of ImportOmatic
  • Minimum of 2-5 years related experience
  • Team player as well as able to work independently
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Willingness to assist with assignments outside of immediate job responsibilities
  • Computer Skills Required: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Raiser’s Edge
